Topics include:
● How to select a healthy fruit tree and variety for your location
● Soil preparation and amendments for planting
● Planting techniques and tricks
● Pruning your bare root fruit tree
● The pros and cons of gopher baskets
● Irrigating and watering your young tree
Enrollment limited to 20 people.
A limited number of scholarships are available for each course. Email foothillorchardcare@gmail.com to request a scholarship. Please include why you need a assistance (ex: student, single parent, etc.) and which course you would like to attend and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Cancellations 72 hours before the workshop will be refunded in full.
If the workshop needs to be cancelled due to weather, we will notify you at least 72 hours before and provide a refund.
